Reefly (the “Site”) is operated by Salty Seas Software LLC. By using reefly.app you agree to these terms. The Site is currently in a pre-launch validation phase — it offers a waitlist signup and a feedback contact form, nothing more.

What this Site does

You can join our waitlist to receive email updates about our upcoming dive app, and you can send us feedback. We're not providing a dive app or any diving service yet. Nothing on this Site should be treated as dive planning advice, safety guidance, or a substitute for proper training.

Acceptable use

• Submit accurate information you have the right to share.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, abuse, or reverse-engineer the Site.
• Don't use automated scrapers, bots, or spam our forms.

Intellectual property

All Site content — including the Reefly name, Bubbles mascot, wordmark, photography, copy, and code — belongs to Salty Seas Software LLC unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Disclaimer

The Site is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the eventual dive app will ship on any timeline. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Salty Seas Software LLC isn't liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site.

Changes

We may update these terms before launch. We'll change the “Last updated” date when we do. Continued use of the Site means you accept the current version.
