Reefly is operated by Salty Seas Software LLC (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect on reefly.app, how we use it, and the rights you have over your data.

What we collect

• Waitlist email. When you sign up, we store your email address with Resend (our email delivery provider).
• Contact form submissions. Email, optional name, and the message you write so we can reply.
• UTM tags. If you arrive via a tagged link, the campaign source is associated with your signup so we can measure which channels reach divers we'd want to talk to.
• Aggregate analytics. Cloudflare Web Analytics records anonymous page views. No cookies, no cross-site tracking, no individual identification.

How we use it

• Send waitlist updates and launch announcements you opted in to receive.
• Reply to feedback you sent through the contact form.
• Understand which channels brought interested divers.
• Detect and prevent abuse of our forms.

What we don't do

• We don't sell or rent your data.
• We don't share your email with third parties beyond our delivery provider.
• We don't use behavioral tracking cookies or third-party ad pixels on this site.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe from any email we send with one click. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing hi@reefly.app. We honor requests under the GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and Canadian PIPEDA regardless of where you live.

International users

We're US-based. If you access Reefly from outside the US, your information is processed in the United States. We use industry-standard providers (Resend, Cloudflare) with their own security posture and DPAs.
